Where we Are

Howard Park is an unincorporated neighborhood located in the northwest section of Baltimore city. The community was absorbed by the city in 1918.
The boundaries that are served by HPCA and from which it may draw its membership and officers is the area roughly bounded as follows:

Powder Mill Stream/Liberty Heights Ave./Rogers Ave/Post Rd./Oakford Ave./Granada Ave./Forest Park Ave./Royal Oak Ave./Purnell Dr./City Line/Powder Mill Stream.
