The HPCA Spotlight is the community newsletter that is published
quarterly. It is currently distributed to the entire community of
2500 addresses. This publication informs the community on needs,
concerns that have been shared by residents, improvements, current
projects, gardening and cooking tips, citizen views, health and
safety topics, interfaith issues, and much more.
The deadline to submit articles and advertising for each issue
is two (2) weeks prior to the first day of the issue month. Send

Advertising is the primary way that we fund these worthwhile efforts.
You may post advertising requests for the HPCA web site and / or
our newsletter the "HPCA Spotlight" by emailing to the
editor or call 410 448-4257 for more information.
Our member rates are :
Web site $100.00 per year
Newsletter $35 per issue / $150 per year
All advertising will be limited to business card size (vertical
or horizontal). Camera-ready art must be submitted in one of the
following electronic formats: TIFF, EPS, PDF. Please, no MAC files
or scans. Any files requiring modification will be billed separately.
