Our Standard of Living

The standard of living in Howard Park is enforced by the city of Baltimore. Most importantly, however, the immediate responsiblity lies on us, the residents of this lovely community. Moreover, the leadership and initiatives are currently set by our community association. The Howard Park Civic Association has been that voice since 1947.

To help maintain and in some instances raise the standards that we have grown accustomed to, HPCA has joined forces with the city of Baltimore to participate in city sponsored training in an effort to police these standards for our benefit and that of our neighbors. The following information represent the content of these training programs and offers guidelines on how to implement them.
